My client is seeking a seasoned Data Analytics Lead to lead and shape the Data Analytics and BI function within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will lead and grow a small team, engage directly with the senior leadership team, and leverage your extensive hands-on experience in the latest technology within data analytics and BI, playing a key role in deploying Fabric and Power BI across the business.

Data Analytics Lead – Role Responsibilities:

• Lead the data analytics and BI strategy, and build, mentor and grow the analytics team.
• Work with the senior leadership team to turn data into actionable insight and support data-driven decisions.
• Oversee the rollout and integration of Microsoft Fabric and Power BI across the business, working with our implementation partner.
• Design, build and maintain data warehouses, including dimensional modelling, stored procedures and index management.
• Manage ETL pipelines and build and optimise data cubes for key BI projects.
• Act as Master Data Steward for all organisational data.

Data Analytics Lead – Essential Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics and BI Development
• Experience engaging directly with a Senior Leadership Team
• Strong experience in Data Warehouse Development, industry trends, and best practices including exposure to Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
• Solid experience in Microsoft SQL Server database design and development
• Strong ETL skills using Azure Data Factory and Azure SQL Database
• Familiarity with Dynamic Systems Development Methods
